Israel has over 25 years of managerial experience in the Biotech - Medical industry both in Israel and in the United States. Mr. Schreiber served as the CEO and President of Itamar Medical Ltd. (symbol ITMR in TASE) for the past 10 years. He also served as the President of its US subsidiary; Itamar Inc. Israel has led the company, transitioning it from a small R&D group to a well-recognized provider of innovative, multi million, diagnostic systems for rapidly growing and proven clinical applications. Previously to Itamar, Mr. Schreiber held senior positions with Elscint Ltd., a publicly traded medical imaging company. Among the positions Mr. Schreiber held with Elscint Ltd in Israel and in the US includes Vice President and head of Medical Informatics and Connectivity division, where he led a new business concept of an integrated solution for medical imaging equipment and remote data handling and analysis, Vice President Engineering where he successfully managed to introduce new technologies to Elscint. During 1985-1988 and 1997-1998 he joined the Marketing Sales and Service organization of Elscint Inc., in the USA (Boston and New Jersey).
Mr. Schreiber holds a BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering and a MBA degree, both from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa, Israel
Gary Sagiv brings with him many years in building strategic distributor networks and partners. As an experienced marketing executive, he has built multi faceted marketing campaigns aimed for market introduction and penetration of breakthrough technologies in new territories. Experienced not only in strategy building in the EU and USA, he spearheaded the entry of product adoption in China and Japan and regulatory acceptance in these territories. Prior to joining I.T.G.I. Gary served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Allium Medical, a successful peripheral stent company. Prior to Allium, Gary was U.S.A Subsidiary Vice President for Itamar Medical (TASE: ITMR), a company that serves the Cardiology market as well as Sleep Medicine. Prior to Itamar Gary served as Director of Marketing & Sales for Sightline Technologies (Stryker Medical). Gary is a graduate of The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (BA - Cum Laude), University of Notre Dame, South Bend, IN (MA); and studied for his PhD at Loyola University of Chicago.
Eli has extensive experience in the field of financing. Prior to joining ITGI Medical, for the past 4 years, Eli has worked as a Controller of Itamar Medical Ltd (TASE: ITMR), a company that serves the Cardiology market as well as Sleep Medicine Market. Prior to that, he served as CPA for KPMG’s Israeli office, Somekh Chaikin.
Eli is a CPA and holds a BA in Law and Accounting and an MBA degree, both from Tel-Aviv University, Tel-Aviv, Israel.
Matthew has experience in Medical Management, Epidemiolology and Preventative Medicine. His experience includes planning and execution of studies, medical databases and the analysis and interpretation of results. His work has included preparation and presentation of documentation to Competent Authorities including the FDA. Matthew has worked for the last three years as the Pharmacovigilance manager for Neurim Pharmaceuticals, during which time he set up and maintained the system for monitoring adverse events. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Public Health Physician in the Tel Aviv District Health Office, where responsibilities included epidemiological investigations and investigation and geographical mapping of health phenomena in the local population. Whilst at the Israel Center for Disease Control Matthew wrote an application for the systematic analysis of data for early warning of bioterror.
Matthew is a UK trained physician (MBBS, University of London) and has a license to practice medicine in Israel.
Nir Tsouri has over 15 years of experience in medical and military avionics companies where he functioned as an operations director, customer training and support. Nir has extensive experience in company logistics, manufacture and customer service. Prior to joining ITGI Medical, Nir was the Director of Operations of PerAssist Ltd., a medical devices company developing an innovative device to improve blood flow to the lower limbs of patients suffering from Peripheral Artery Disease (PAD). Prior to PerAssist, Nir was U.S.A Subsidiary Director of Operations for Itamar Medical (TASE: ITMR), a company that serves the Cardiology market as well as Sleep Medicine. Prior to Itamar Medical, Nir was a part of Elbit's systems operations division as technical writer and trainer, specializing in military avionics. Nir is a graduate of the University of Hertfordshire, UK (BSc, Electrical and Electronic Engineering).
